iMac 17" dual core....MacOS and Windows both...HELP

Just had to correct Reggie on that one. It does have to be a specific size hard drive (inches that is), but you can find them, like I said, I got mine at Staples.

Macs use specially-designed hard drives to fit within the space requirements for the computers they go into.

It turned out to need nothing more than a new keyboard!!!!

The very slim keyboard she had had sticky keys; there is a 4 year old in the house. So, I DID have a hunch, but no extra keyboard.

Because the Mac store, Westworld, is in the city (thanks, Evan, for the free checkup!) and I am not, I left 3 messages for the client. I didn't want to buy a new keyboard without her say-so as she doesn't have a great income. I called 5 times when I was still in the city and her phone was off - so I left messages and the phone # and location of the store so she could go get the keyboard herself (the store is also keeping the iMac there til Monday).

I hope I hear from her! But I couldn't keep hanging around the city and wondering where she was....
