    We are sorry to hear about your Dads passing, he was a Good Man to adopt little Ronja, and give her a good home.
    It was wonderful of you to make sure Ronja was all right afterwards and get her to a place of safety where she will be all right.

    And you are Ronjas Best Friend, and she will always be someone that your Dad loved, and she will always be a link between you and your Dad.
    Hes very happy that you kept Ronja , as she will always be there to remind you of your Dads kindness and love.
    And shes one gorgeous Cat with her amazing coat of many colors.

    I, too, am very sorry about your dad. But am so glad that this little white tortie now has a great home, where she is loved! I know that makes your dad very happy!!! HAPPY COTD!!

    Hello, Ronja. You are a beautiful feline! I am also sad to learn of your father's death. I hope that you and Ronja enjoy a long life and remember your father's gifts to you. I know Ronja is one of those gifts. As for the heartless cop who didn't care about Ronja - pray for him. He must have some issues that make him so hard. Enjoy your special day

    My sympathies to you and your family for the loss of your father. How dare the police not allow you to have Ronja - I assume the police went into his home, they could have given your dad's cat to you. Bad enough you lost your dad but to leave you worrying on top of that about how Ronja was doing; I guess in Denmark it is not considered animal cruelty to leave a living being without food or water! Thank goodness you were able to get to Ronja in time. I agree, your father must be so happy that his furbaby is safe in your arms now. Take care to both of you.
    Please have your pets sterilized as soon as possible to lower, and one day hopefully eliminate, unwanted and abandoned pets. It IS our responsibility. Adopting from a shelter also helps - encouraging breeders just adds to the overpopulation.

    I am sorry to hear of the loss your dad, and I am appalled that the police didn't make sure that Ronja was cared for, even if it happened over Easter.

    Ronja, you are a beautiful girl, and Danish like my Fister. You actually look a lot like his mom.

    I'm glad you have a loving home now. I wish you a long, happy and healthy life with your new human. Hope you will be spoiled extra today with lots of treats and cuddles! Have fun!

    My guess is that you got your name from Ronja Røverdatter.

    We are usually on the dog board but this story pulled at our heart strings so much, we had to say something about you, sweetheart.
    What an incredibly beautiful girl. We are so sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. May he rest in peace, knowing that his precious friend is being cared for in a wonderful home. We can't imagine that the police could be so cold hearted. Congratulations on being our COTD, pretty girl. Please tell your new Mom to give you lots of kisses from us to celebrate. We wish you all happiness always!!!

    I'm so sorry you lost your first human but so very glad you are still with loving family now. I would like to give the police a swift kick in the behind on your behalf though.
