One horse has a braided tail and mane. He is the Andalusian stallion for their show. He shows off the spanish "dancing". The Lipizzaner is a desecendant of the Andalusian, Barbs (Arabian type horses), and Berbers.
For those who don't know about them, the Lipizzaner horses come from the Spanish Riding School in Vienna Austria. They do the "airs above the ground", the "mounted quadrille", and make great dressage horses. They were also the horses saved by General Patton during WWII when he sent American troops in to rescue the breeding mares over enemy lines.
