Man, what a bummer. Medusa's right, though, it just means that your heart house is still out there! We had the same problem recently when we put a loan in for some land to build a home on. It was perfect, and we were *so close* to getting it. The only reason we didn't was because the streets the lot is on are privately owned and not publicly. Lame. But, I've just had to keep it in mind that it will happen for us when it's the right time and place. Keep your eyes open, I will add your house search to our prayers for one, too!

Awww, Kay I'm sorry it didn't work out. But, I'll echo the others, as soon as you find "the one" you'll look back and be able to see that what you end up with will be better for you and the pups in many more ways.
