I have a recipe for mayonaise and I been wanting to try my hand at making it with olive oil.. NOW, I will be tempted to try it also with bacon in it.. THAT would be SO good on a BLT!

You wouldn't need the actual bacon on the sandwich, just the mayonnaise.
