What (not) to wear? Sunny Rest Resort pictures (no nudity)

Ok where to start....

I'm keeping this above boards, so you'll have to read between the lines on some things, lol.

When we got there, omg, talk about a sight!! This was a private party, not sponsored by the resort, so it was just all out there. We walk in, there's people smoking up in the kitchen, there's naked people all over the place, which was fine and expected, but they were so OLD!!! Here, the guy who had the party runs a group called Sinergy or Synergy, and they are all the older swingers. So many of the people there were not normal Sunny Rest people (look up www.sunnyrest.com if you are curious). There were men in thongs, women in merry widow outfits, you name it, they were in or out of these things all night.

The house, lol, I just about fell over. It's called the Playhouse, and holy crap, was it ever!!! There's a sunken hot tub in the living room that is really cool. I didn't go in, cause there were just too many people in it, and lord knows what was going on in there. He also had all these back rooms with all kinds of stuff going on. There were like 4-6 people in these rooms doing all kinds of things! I was kinda scared, to tell the truth! There was a loft with bunk beds that looked out over the living room for viewing, there were special chairs for the women, lol. OMG. I was just floored.

There were some real swingers there, no kidding. I mean, I couldn't keep up with who was with whom. And the one old lady, and I swear she was 80 if she was a day, she would go in the back with a guy, come back out 30 mins. later, wait at the end of the hallway, and take another guy back. This happened like 4 times in the 3 hrs we were there. Part of me wanted to say "Go Grams!" and the other was just kind of disgusted.

Food was good. The people I met and talked to were nice and funny, except the annoying couple who wanted to make a porno, lol. That was just scary! The whole night just makes me laugh. I can't wait for the next party, a NORMAL nudist party, where people are not so out there.. this was just a strange group!

All I can say is I sympathise lol. Ive seen some out there things at parties myself, it takes a lot to shock me anymore.

Hope the next group is a bit more sane

Well, meeting the parents went ok. His mom and step dad were really nice. They treated me like I had been there for years. I liked that. His mom put me to work in the kitchen, and it felt great to help.

My parents were good. My dad was great, my mom... eh. She was just grumpy as usual and was having fits because my dad took Dave down to see his gun collection in the basement (heaven forbid visitors go to the basement, lol). His kids were really good, chatty and nervous, but really good. I adore them so much.


This weekend is the pj party. I bought a top that is like a cami, so it's not too far from my comfort zone, and a pair of really cute cheeky panties, and some killer sandals, lol. I just need to get there and feel comfy and I'll be ok. OH, and I'm hooking up one of my friends with one of our friends from there for the party too, lol. It should prove to be interesting!

WELL, I've missed a thread and a half here, haven't I??

I saw this when it started, but figured it was just one party - this is a relationship! All I can say is you're braver than I am! My husband and I attended some pretty wild parties in college, but none compare! As for the 80 year old hosting rounds in the back room - yuk.

You're very comfortable in your own skin (no pun intended ), and that's a good thing. Have a great time and keep us posted - it's very entertaining!
