Several of us have used the soft blue ones on our cats. I like it much better than the hard plastic ones. It allowed Taz to be able to go under the bed to get away from the dogs, but still kept him from getting to his stitches. He also wasn't constantly bumping into the walls and things. Since Taz's stitches were on his belly I let the collar lay down flat against the body instead of sticking up around his face and it still worked well.
I will definitely use these from now on, even for the dogs.

Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

I put the blue ones on facing downward

Hey Chris, with my kitties, I put the collar on the other way. It worked better that way, for my furry friends. They still could not get to the bad spot to lick etc.

Years ago I used the soft blue on my Kit-Kat and it worked fine. Definitely did not like the regular e-collar for Casey when she had a lump removed from her paw. However, it seemed to annoy me more than it did her.
