If anyone is interested, Blackie's foster mom called me the other night and told me she had talked to Rebecca, Blackie's new mom, and said that Rebecca is VERY pleased with Blackie and he goes jogging with her every day and she is considering underground fencing so he can play in the yard without being tied out. YEAH!!!!!
