    Oh poor baby! Those looks would break your heart!

    Big big hugs to everyone. I hope Bobby continues to get better.

  2. My dear, dear Bobby Boy! Do you need me to dash over there and kiss it and make it better???

    Do not look at your momma that way -- she hurts too!

    Chris...in a week or two sweet Bobby will forget all about his discomfort today...

    Thanks Karen, Sara & CountryWolf. {{hugs}}

    Forgot to tell you all something very important. The lumps were benign, just fatty ones. *cheer*

    Thanks Liz.
    We, or at least I, need those continuing prayers. Not content with displacing the bottom end of the drain yesterday, today Bob's trick is to somehow have broken open the stitches leaving a wide among of the wound visible.

    Liz, I am such a fool, his stitches are still intact. It was just pink skin I was seeing. I really need to remember to use my specs and look closer in future.

    Todays vet visit. Apart from him pooping in the car on the way down, and the embarrassment of him pooping in reception yet again, the visit went well. The drain was taken out and although the vet did see a little fluid left hopefully it won't pose a problem.
    I'll just keep doing what I'm doing now, leave the cone on, keep the stitches area clean and try to make him stay quiet (also means no walks). If all goes well come Friday it will be cone off and a nice walk to get the stitches out.

    Oh dear Bobby..don't be mad at mum. Your friend, Mz Logan just went through some minor sirjury and had to wear a *conehead* for a few days, and she tried to get me to feel guilty, (ok it worked) But mummy is just trying to help you so that you live a long, healthy life. Mz Logan said you'll get the hang of that thingy in a few days. We're so happy your lumppies were benign but sad that your stitches broke. No touchies, darling. We love you and hope you feel better real soon!

    Poor Bob, he looks so pitiful! I'm glad to hear that the lumps were not serious though. I hope he'll be back to his old self soon!
