When I was in Orlando all the Miers' vans had step stools for people to get in. Maybe because there are more seniors in Florida? MOFF, I think the idea of you needing a "handler" is silly when a simple stool (or some vans even come with swing-out steps) would serve nicely. I hope you feel better.
