When I woke up this morning Cassie was snoozing in her usual early-morning sleeping spot. I didn't get much out of her about the weekend except a few mews.

Praying for peace in the Middle East, Ukraine, and around the world.

"That's the power of kittens (and puppies too, of course): They can reduce us to quivering masses of Jell-O in about two seconds flat and make us like it. Good thing they don't have opposable thumbs or they'd surely have taken over the world by now." -- Paul Lukas

Well I am standing here tapping my foot waiting for my three to get back here. You don't think they could still be standing looking at that green river do you? It was a very pretty shade. Perhaps they have followed Mister Fister and his whiskers all the way home to Copenhagen!
KK, I expect Fister to be back pretty soon, and I think he may have taken your girls along for company.... and to ask them help getting that nasty green stuff off.If they do show up here, I'll make sure they go on a Glasgow flight first thing in the morning - after some treats, of course.
Cassismom, thank you so much for arranging this party for them all, they sure had fun!![]()

"I don't know which weapons will be used in the third World war, but in the fourth, it will be sticks and stones" --- Albert Einstein.
Mine were back late last night, so excited but exhausted from the good times they had.
I asked Sparkler what she got up to this time. She said, "Meowmie, WHAT HAPPENS IN CHICAGO STAYS IN CHICAGO."
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

Our little kitties obviously had a wonderful time partying and celebrating in Chicago. Groucho and his lovely Inka arrived late last night but went straight to his tent and were sound asleep in no time. They both were still out cold when I left for work this morning. Inka said something about lots of singing, dancing, and feasting before nodding off. Perhaps I'll get more details when I get home tonight.
Cassiesmom, Thank you so much for opening your home and giving our sweeties a time they won't soon forget
Lut, Please don't worry about Inka. She's safe and sound here in Trenton and between Groucho, Soncat, and me she'll be very well cared for. Soncat said he'll have Inka e-mail you just as soon as she wakes up.
