She's a golden doodle. A small one, but a golden doodle at that. Never in a million did I ever think I'd have a "designer dog" but when she shows up in a posting on freecycle, and you were her dog trainer, you jump to take her!

She's such a great dog but terrorizes the cats. Things are slowly getting better where she'll leave them alone but htey don't trust her at all. All she wants is to play with them.... and they just want to be left alone.

I LOVE the Golden Doodles and Labradoodles too! I would love to have one some day. Wow...someone put her on freecycle?!?

Yup. I see dogs every day on Freecycle (cats too). I've been tempted several times over to bring in a second dog from a lot of the postings I see but we just can't afford another. Someone gave away a FABULOUS dog because they just didn't have time for her... planning a wedding, and it seemed the fiance didn't quite like Callie. They also had a 2 year old daughter who was delicate and didn't like Callie's rough-n-tumble play. Cameron is rough-n-tumble so its a match made in heaven.
