Be still my Retriever loving heart! You, precious Gretta, have the face of an angel, a face that could melt the hardest of hearts! What a treat, to have had 3 Retrievers/Retriever mixes this week as Dogs of the Day, and none more precious than you, sweet baby girl! You truly are a beauty, in body and in spirit; such a gentle soul! I just love your curly coat sweetheart! And I'm amazed that you can collect eggs without breaking them! That's the soft, gentle mouth of the Retriever in you shining through! What a lucky family, to have known your love and companionship these many years, since you were such a wee, tiny one, and I hope for you and your family many more wonderful, happy years together! (It's still hard to believe you're 12 years young!) Yes, it's tough keeping the "kids" in line; younger brothers especially can be so pesky sometimes! But I'm sure you're up to showing him who's the boss!
