Oh, dear..... Poor girl. I am so glad your rescue saved her.... She will thrive in your care. I hope if it is mange, that it is demodex..... But I hope it is nothing serious. Please keep us posted. I know how difficult this is for you and how angry you are....sometimes I just wish I can go and knock some heads....but I have too many rescue babies to care for that I can not end up in jail! LOL!
