Thank you so much, everyone. It has been a busy week, with the last 4 days being a whirlwind ending in a nightmare.

It means so much to read the good wishes from all of you on here.

I am so very sorry to hear this news about Ben. I loved seeing his pictures and hearing about how he was fitting in. The poor boy had so many troubles and was in pain, but he still felt love being there with you and your dad and the rest of the crew. Please accept my condolences.

Thumbs up Ben was Loved till the end ...

This needs to be known >>>

"I didn't post it, but I made the 35 minute one way drive back
to the specialist's hospital to be with Ben at the end.

I didn't like the idea of him being alone in a strange place at the end.

Ben leaned against me and I held his head in my arms."

Gentle Ben ~ Loved till the end ...
    Safe Trip, Kiddo!

    Good On-ya, Sandie!
God entered another Atta-Girl on your ledger.

No choice really, but it doesn't make it any easier to bear the pain. I'm sorry, Sandie. But, I'll repeat what the others have said, you are a living doll. I'm glad Ben's short time with you was happy. Til we all meet again, Ben. Do some major spins on your good back!

Poor Ben. But wasn't he from a situation where his owner died and he wasn't treated so well after that? So hopefully they'll be back together again. Ben was a lucky boy. Not a large percent of dogs get even a week of the love of the PT family. He'll always have that love with him.

I am so sorry for your big loss!! It doesn't make a difference if you have your pet 1 week or 1 year....; you fell in love with Ben from day 1, and losing a loved one is always hard and painful.....
    Hugs to you!!

    RIP Ben

Oh no . I am so very sorry, poor little Ben and poor you. Rest well, sweet Ben. You were a special angel for him in his hour of need. I know he'll be waiting with shining eyes and wagging tail when you meet at the bridge someday.

I'm so sorry about Ben, Sandi. He was such a cutie, and I know one week of being loved & part of your wonderful little family surely gave him many moments of joy.
Run & play at the Bridge, little Ben!
