I'm not an expert at billing, but I'd think that probably isn't too likely. You might be able to get an estimate, but as with everything else, charges change on a daily basis anymore. You might be able to request not to get a certain item, but in most cases you're going to get charged for it anyway. Just go over your bill with a fine tooth comb when you get it, and make sure you're not being charged for anything that you didn't receive - whether it be goods or services. If you have any doubts, then question the billing department about it . Just because you get a bill - doesn't mean that it's accurate.
Trust me - been there - done that!!! If you don't speak up about anything questionable, then it's money in their pocket that probably shouldn't be there.
