The one I used was a different company - GoldKit.com - but they're all basically the same. The pawn shops around here don't want to be bothered with broken pieces, and if they do give you anything, it's barely worth the effort of walking in the door. That's why I went this route. Now if I had just insured it on my end..............call me Dummy!!!!!
