What a nice story. I'm so glad there are still good people out there. I'm sure after that story there are a lot of people wanting Kujo. He is a cute guy.![]()

Owned by two little pastries!
REST IN PEACE GRACIE. NOT A DAY GOES BY THAT I DON'T MISS YOU.
He got exposure...he'll get a home![]()
This story has been all over the local news here (Alliance is only about an hour South of me)
The part that got me was when they said the note was written by a child and signed with a smiley face.
I'm SO happy this story has such a wonderful ending!!
So thankful the story had a happy ending, can't take much more of these abandonned dog stories. I did have to reach for kleenex when I read that the note was written by a youngster, how hard it must have been to leave the pet behind. At least they did save him from the streets and he has a good home now.
Kujo has a future!
He's being picked up tomorrow (Friday) by a Youngstown, Ohio, based
"private rescue" group that called and volunteered to take him in.
I called Ms. Wanda and talked to her briefly around dinner time ...
what a WONDERFUL LADY she is! Only has SIX dogs - so that's one of the
reasons she's not hanging onto Kujo herself.
Part of her 'deal' with the Rescue is that the Kids who have been playing with
Kujo have to be present when he leaves for his foster home - so they can
give him a 'proper' g-bye and sendoff.
I'll try to find out where he's headed and keep track of him.
/s/ Three's Enough Phred
Phred, what great news.Thank you so much for keeping track of
Kujo & helping him in getting a great home.![]()
