Great for you and your dogs. But my 14 and a half year old dog doesn't need to suffer and my 4 month old puppy hasn't the tough feet of an older dog so also doesn't need to suffer needlessly in the cold. I am happy that your dogs are so hardy and able to withstand the cold and salt. As with people, each animal is different and can tolerate different temps, chemicals, etc. So let's just leave it that there is a difference in pets tolerances and a difference in peoples opinions.
