Thank you very much for your comments!I've waited for years to make some "winter photos", but there was barely snow and ice the last couple of years. LOL Now it all seems to come this winter! And Boy, it's cold!
Yesterday a friend and I went for another walk, and here are some of the pics I took. We walked the bank of a river that was actually frozen, which didn't happen for a long time here.
I felt so sorry for the poor swan! His feet must have been so cold on the frozen water!

Those are wonderful. We had a bit of an ice cover here, too, a couple days ago. I meant to get outside and do the same thing you did. I don't know if I could have gotten any like yours, though, they are gorgeous!
