I thought she was appointed so I originally wrote and complained to the Governor's office. I got a letter back stating I needed to file the complaint on a form, which they sent and I mailed in. I'm not at home right now so I can't tell you exactly who or where I mailed it. I only know that I'm going down the correct "avenue" at this point.

Our system is screwed up BIG TIME!!! We're waiting till all the newbies are in office at the Legislature before we start a MAJOR campaign to get the animal cruelty laws changed in CT to a felony.
