Leave it to a city worker to put the skids to something fun. They're as bad as the Parking Authority (Parking Nazis).
Where's that TV show "How'd They Do That?" when you need them? How did they get those pieces together, that had to weigh a TON!!!

The code compliance officer that axed Snowzilla is named Jack Frost.
Hint: You plow the snow into a big hill and carve the snowman out of it. We have a house sized hill right next to our house begging to be carved.
Apparently they are worried about the traffic it attracts. To me, the people who should get in trouble are the ones who get in accidents while looking at something. They're the ones driving the car, not the snowman.
