If you keep changing the time and it keeps slowly becoming wrong, then your CMOS battery may be going. Any computer supply store will carry them, but just make sure you get the correct voltage for your mainboard. They are only a few bucks each and they usually last about 5 or more years, but occationally they die sooner.
