Yes, it looks a lot like the new renovations they made to the shelter I had to take my rats to. () It's very nice there both for the animals and for visitors. I'm sure your shelter will be great when finished, and make sure they have an open house when it's done. It gets out the word that the shelter is a nice place to get a new pet.
