Between Santa Baby, and Bruce Springsteen's Santa Claus is coming to town... I don't know which one makes me want to vomit more.

Do they know it's Christmastime?

Another slice of Christmas guilt, anyone?
And, a note to Cold Play:
Just because a song exists doesn't mean you should try to sing it.

I actully like the Bruce Springsteen song
There is a great rendition of "baby it's cold outside" with Tom Jones. Because of this, I absolutlly HATE any one else's version of that song.
These are not the droids you were looking for
Same Old Lang Syne...who decided that was a Christmas song?
Two, so far.
One is a Bacardi commercial and the other is a Dell computer commercial.
Wal*Mart's co-opting of the "Carol of the Bells" has pushed it over into the category of songs I'd rather not hear/ring/sing again. Unfortunately, we are singing it this year. Sigh.
Add me to the "Santa Baby" list. I really do not like that song.
I bet you guys would hate my one of my favorite Christmas songs, Oi To The World by No Doubt.
Niņo & Eliza
The way "Carol of the Bells" gets used for about 50% of Christmas commercials, with butchered words. Talk about taking a beautiful song and turning it into a horrible earworm.![]()
I've been finally defrosted by cassiesmom!
"Not my circus, not my monkeys!"-Polish proverb
New nominee for my least favorite Christmas song: "I Want A Hippopotamus".
Suki wingy, I like Hobby Lobby's Christmas music!
I have been hearing Bob Seger's version of "The Little Drummer Boy" a lot lately. There are two stations in Chicago doing 24x7 Christmas music (competing networks) and between them, this song is played a lot. It's not my pick for worst Christmas song -- I like it! -- but I wish they would set it aside for a couple days, not play it and then come back to it.
There has been a series of TV spots for Carson Pirie Scott --- "give joy, give joy" that is also starting to grate at me because it's constantly running! No, not again!
Praying for peace in the Middle East, Ukraine, and around the world.
I've been Boo'd ... right off the stage!
Aaahh, I have been defrosted! Thank you, Bonny and Asiel!
Brrrr, I've been Frosted! Thank you, Asiel and Pomtzu!

I have to agree with Cassiesmom, I cannot stand "I want a hippopotamus" or the figgie pudding song. they both really get on my nerves.![]()
