I am having such a hard time. It hit me hard today when I came home from work and she was not waiting for me. Talon was even looking for her outside this evening.

I really do feel for you,I find myself that was the hardest thing too,Coming home and not seeing them.I lost my Husky last year, and now Storm. And out of all the dogs those two were always the greeters.People always say it will be easier,When i lost Anna alot of my friendssaid to me" oh it will be easier in a month"..No i have to argue that,I never find it easier when our beloved pets are gone,I find though in time i could smile and laugh of stories about Anna. And knowing i did the right thing,And that even though i want her home with me.She is in a better place and hole again.

    Gracie was a beautiful soul.

Hey Lex. I know we have already spoken regarding Gracie....but please know that I am here if you need anything. Like I said, Lady is there to take care of her and I have asked her and her son, Harley, to watch over her and show her around. I know you miss her, but I know she misses you too. Take care...love from me, Dave, and the boys.

I am so sorry, Lexi. I just saw this, so very sad. Last time we pm'd, she was doing better. Poor sweetheart, she just couldn't fight through it anymore. Perhaps Sherman was there to greet her, he was only 4, too.
Her resting place at your grandmothers sounds lovely, and you know her little husky spirit is doing zoomies around the Rainbow Bridge. She'll always be just a thought away. (((hugs)))
