Take her to the vet anyway, and ask to be able to make payment after Friday.
Did you get her from a breeder? Where did you get her? They should pay the vet bill anyway!

At the very least, call your vet and ask their advice. No offense to anyone on this board, but we aren't licensed or certified to be giving medical advice for your pet... I can guesstimate till I'm blue in the face, but if a pet needs medical attention, it needs to see a vet. So at the very least call your vet and ask them about the situation and get their advice on what should be done.
Good luck!
If you see worms in the stool or the pup throws up worms, there are worming treatments you can buy at a pet store. However, I personally wouldn't treat for something I wasn't 100% sure about.
The best thing to do is take the pup to a vet. If you just bought the dog from a breeder, a responsible one should pay the vet bill.
