Here's what to do.

Get out to the shack/shed/garage and put your lunch/jacket/hat on the ride.
IF they ask, tell them that you decided to ride today.

Either that or get a sched worked out where everyone gets the backpack blower-that's a bunch of crap to make one person walk all day.
