Prayers that all goes well for Taz in his surgery.. and prayers for you too.

    Death thought about it.

Cindy, I am so very sorry, this is the first time I have read this. Taz and you will be in my prayers. Poor little guy!!! You are totally right about doing this surgery, but as scared as you are, I believe he will be just fine and it will help him a great deal!! I will try and give you a call this weekend. Give him some loving from me and Just keep praying and being positive.

Overnighters are usually tougher on us than they are on them because if they have to stay overnight, that usually means that they're on some pretty good drugs. LOL We'll be holding your hand through the process and, of course, praying w/out ceasing. Keep the faythe.
    Blessings,
    Mary

Thank you all! Yesterday I couldn't even think about next Thursday or I'd get tears in my eyes. But I've changed my way of thinking now and just picture him feeling so much better and actually playing with Paizly ALL the time.

I got to meet another PTer today. Kitten645 (Claudia). And she gave me a card for Taz, it's sooo sweet. Also, a mutual friend we have signed a little note to me on the back. I just love all the people that care so much about animals and share my love for them.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

Glad you are feeling a bit better.

Did you and the vet discuss how this surgery is done? Itty-bitty incisions would be nice.

Taz, you'll have these nice painkiller patches...hopefully colour coordinated. *kisses* on tabby forehead.

Actually, I don't think we did discuss that. But she said if I had any questions before Thursday to just call. She works Tuesday, so maybe I'll call and ask that. I probably won't see the doctor Thursday morning when I drop him off.
But she did mention the pain killer patches. I've never seen those before.
    Thanks Candace!

So nice to meet a fellow pter and glad support bitty taz.

What a treat to meet taz's mom cindy at a fundraiser for a great place tonight. We had alot of fun but my thoughts are with your wee one. You really didn't need to give my furkids anything but your special gifts were so appreciated. Calvin is beside himself. LOL. I hope "THAT DAWG" that Everyone was lovin on will be yours soon. Cheers!

Cindy, I am so sorry Taz has to go into surgery, but you have the right idea. He will def. feel so much better...

Please give Taz a gentle kiss from me. I will pray for the old fella. And a big *HUG* for his meowmie.

I know you said you can handle it, but IF you need a little help, let me know. Really! I would be MORE THAN HAPPY to help with Taz!

    Thank you so much Michelle!

I'm still working on Bruce, but I have a feeling I'm not going to win. We can't go back at noon so he might be gone already. Which is okay. I really shouldn't get another animal, especially with what's going on with Tazmoe right now. Sigh.... LOL

Thanks everyone for such support. I'll need lots more come Thursday. It's going to be a long day for sure!!

I'm sorry it has come down to surgery but I really do believe it is an necessary evil! I'm sure having that huge cyst is bound to be uncomforable for him. I will pray that everything goes well for Taz's surgery and that you are able to get through the long wait as well!
