Thank you all so very much for your lovely replies to Samantha. She was a bit unsure of what was happening last night. She was a bit nervous because we kept trying to catch her to give her celebratory cuddles and read all of her messages to her.
I think that perhaps Samantha had checked Cat of the Day before we came home from work though. Someone had been in the toy box and taken out one of Uncle Gary and The Found Cats' catnip mice, and judging from the amount of hair on the hall carpet, there had been some serious celebrating going on.
