no, not a papillon.
She is an Australian shepherd. She is about 6 pounds. She just got skipped on the growth genes so she is a 'teacup'. brother and sisters all got bigger. here are some pictures of mom dad grandma and brothers and sisters

Kayshas grandma (old pic when she was pregnant with star kayshas mom!) She is a mini. Star kayshas mom posted before is toy, the red and black tri her brother and sister were just short of being minis, there was one more red who is next door : p he is a toy, same size as their mom.


like i said she just got skipped for growing gene haha!
She was first born, then the big red then the other black and white and then the final red. : )
