I read your post and it took me back to a time when you offered comfort
to me on remembering my sweet Buddy. I would like to return the favor and
dedicate this Poem back to your sweet girl Shiloh. (((Hugs))) from Liz,Smokey & Maggie.



I remember the pain of losing your Buddy, Liz. I often think of him and you. I remember that I wrote this poem for him two years ago.

A Tribute to Buddy

I miss you, Buddy.
What more can I say?
You took my heart
When you went away.

I cry all day,
My heart is broken.
I let you go
With love well-spoken.

You HAD to leave,
I know it's true.
It hurt ME so,
But it was better for YOU.

As I try to go on
Without you in sight,
I feel your presence
Around me, so light.

As years go by,
I'll still miss you so,
But in my heart,
You'll be wherever I go.

So, good-bye, my love,
My life, my all.
Wait for me, Buddy,
Till I get my call.

Then together we'll run
Both healthy and free,
United again,
My Buddy and me.

Thank you, Everyone. She died on Halloween morning. Everytime that holiday comes around, I get especially sad.
