Good for you! I am doing the same and for the same reason.
I've lost 19 lbs. so far.

GOOD for you! It is hard work but well worth it. I am trying very hard to KEEP my weight off. I had candy last night

...and too much at that. I can feel it this morning. But we get back up and keep trying right?? Keep it up David!

Edit: I had to loose weight before I went into military school. What a pain! I admire anyone who sticks to it!

DJF, It's kind of easy for me to lose weight when you have an active job like mine (I'm a golf course groundskeeper) where I'm walking a lot.
