Ya better get started then! I have all the stuff I need for an ok version of his vest, but not really con quality at all. I really admire the hard core costumers who spend so much time and money making their costumes from scratch or modifying patterns, paying attention to the littlest detail. I really don't have that patience.

What is it with me and cross dressing for Halloween? The last three costumes I've thought of have been male characters!

I just made the aweful mistake of putting straight bleach onto my jean jacket for my costume and leaving it 30 minutes. Because of the size of the tub I used while soaking it before in a mixture of about 60% water, 40% bleach, some parts were folded over or stuck up out of the solution so there were patches of dark blue, but they looked better than the odd yellowish that the pure bleach turned it.
