Thanks cassiesmom! I made it back Wednesday night after a l-o-n-g drive home. We took the boat into the shipyard In Kentucky Tuesday and were told we could leave and come home then but we all had a lot of things still left to do (thinking the other crew was coming and they didn't send them). I knew it would be a long drive home from there (9 to 12 hours) and I had only slept 4 hours Monday night so I stayed until Wednesday, still thinking the other crew was coming and I had to cook for them and us off going people.

Anyway, the boat is in for overhaul on all 3 engines and updating systems to the newer electronic ones... stuff to complicated for my simple mind. We are ALL keeping our fingers crossed that all the work will be completed when it is time for us to go back to work so we can go back to our boat and not have to go to another one.

The girls are so happy I am home, they are doing the line up to get in laptime with me still. I have brushed them all several times already, clipped nails and hugged and kissed them constantly. I went with Rie to do some shopping today and they all were so happy when I came back that it made me realize they thought I had gone again and wouldn't be back for a long time.. I assured them all I was back to stay until time to go back to work again.

Ah, repairs are just about done in Rie's house inside and out. I think all they have left to do is paint the dinning room and laundry room and put things back in there. It is looking so good that it is hard to remember what Gustav did to it now.

Welcome home, Laura! And thank you so much for the great pictures of your adorable kitties. I absolutely love the kitty bunk bed and from the looks of things the kitties do too. Enjoy your time off and could I ask you to give your furcrew a generous round of lovies from me?

There's a fabulous Goodwill near me and ever since I saw your kitty bunk bed, I've been keeping my eyes open for one but, somehow, I'd have to make it seem like the Fur Posse isn't allowed on it. Otherwise, they wouldn't use it, brat cats that they are.

Great pix of your kitties, beauties, all of 'em.
    Blessings,
    Mary
