Hey, repairs to it would be cheap --- a roll of black duct tape!

Looks great and I personally am one of the .25 who think its a great idea! Even a cheap roll of linoleum would have cost a couple hundred dollars, then the mess of gluing it in place, etc. This works and if you ever do have the money for something more, its easy to rip up.
