You guys don't have apple butter??? I guess it is a PA Dutch thing.I always have some in the fridge. Love that with cottage cheese!!! We sell a lot of it as well at the store.
I have a really good kind that my mom and dad pick up at the orchard that is made with sassafrass. Yummmy!!!

Wos Wit makes some pumpkin butter. They make a bunch of variation of the "butters"... apple, prune, apricot, pumpkin. I have found other companies that make them too, and have found them in our local supermarkets.
