I use the free space my ISP provides its customers - my old ISP gave me 10 MBs, my cable provider gives me 60 MBs. Sometimes you have to ask them if they provide space - they don't always volunteer the information.

But it is free (well, it's included in the monthly fee I pay for internet access).
