Did you take him to the doctor? With the rash and a fever it may be something besides the flu.

He went to the doctors. The rash was a couple weeks ago and that is all gone now. But he threw up and has this fever now. No rash. If he gets worse we will take him in tonight, although all they ever do is send us home!
