    Beautiful! Glad you went to investigate and got photos!

    We don't have those around, we doe have some hawks. I have to be outdoors with Ozzy. At barely 10 pounds, he would be a target; the hawk may not be able to lift him, but it would try, and then I would have mega vet bills. So one of us is always outdoor with Ozzy.

    I can certainly understand the cats aren't permitted outdoors until the eagle has moved on!

    Wow! Great pictures of him/her!

    There are a few nesting pair here in my area, I've only seen one. He was nice enough to circle the car after I opened the sunroof to get a better look at him!
