It's the stride and the touch of third base and the loooooooong steps during that sprint they make to score.

They run like horses. Swift strides-like they are being chased by a boogie man.

The other kick I get is watching a runner go towards first base, then take a few steps to their right, curve around the bag and run to 2nd.
