    Odd, I had no clue that most Americans don't like fish much.



    My favorite way to cook/eat fish is in foil, with choice of veggies/seasonings, on the grill.

    I think it's geographical in a lot of instances - people that grew up or live along the coastal areas seem to like seafood a lot more than the "inland" folks.
