Sandra, I didn't know that until just recently. I am absolutely astounded. I can't believe it nor understand it. There is no reason they couldn't bring our canine soldiers back like they did our military men and women. These dogs should have lived the rest of their lives out in loving homes. I don't doubt that the ASPCA would have found a way to help. What earthly reason is given for such action?
