Got to watch RAIN here in Hawaii this afternoon. A good movie, and a nice tribute to all those dogs, around 4500 in all, but only 1 in 10, that were able to return. Did the rest just die or were they left behind? That's a lot of loss of loving dogs there. They have not been appreciated enough for their sacrifices, as happened in WW II also. Good movie, but the loss accounted for at the end, very sad.
