Are you for real? First off, who am I to call another dr to tell him he has to read this certain thing? Do you know how many buttholes I would have if I tried that? You are a doctor. when are you going to wake up and see that your husband can't stand the sight of you? When are you going to wake up and see that as soon as your youngest is 18 he's already got his bags packed?
