When I read the title of this thread, my heart sank.
Zoe, I hope it is a comfort to you that she had a long life filled with love.You have done SO much to make her last years comfortable and she knew how much you loved her. She will be missed by you and us all, but I know Samantha will always have a place in your heart and she will never be forgotten.

Thank you everyone for the kind words.
It's been a month now since Samantha went to the Rainbow Bridge.
I have finally been able to look at some of her photos from this summer.
She really showed her age in some of these last photos.
I still have more to go through but for now, here are some more photos of my sweet girl.
Pouting by the toilet because her favorite rug had to be washed and she couldn't lay on it.
Watching the grass grow in the backyard.
Walking around.
She would pace around a lot and get disoriented at times.
A beautiful double rainbow waiting for her.
