I'm saying this in all seriousness and not being flippant, how did he even get a drivers' license? If his IQ is that low, I would think that he wouldn't have been able to understand the questions on the test. This isn't a judgment of intelligence on my part; I'd truly like to know because if he's that intelligent to pass a driver's test, shouldn't he be intelligent enough to know that you don't smash in a skull?????

I just heard from Irene who had a long talk with the prosecuting attorney. He told her that he always sits stone cold faced and listens to every single word the other side has to say. He assured her that Jay Baldwin will not walk. He said that it is imperative that no one make any comments when leaving the courtroom or it will damage the case. Even a peep out of anyone can ruin the case.
