That newspaper article is totally ludicrous!!!! I suppose since he has an i.q. of only 68, that they can get off saying "he didn't know any better"? Will they still feel the same when he moves on to children next? And not charge him as an adult???? - would that even be legal considering his age? And what a shame that animal rights activists are showing up in court and voicing their outrage - the only shame here is that there aren't more of them.
