Wow, do you know there was a time I DIDN"T like chihuhas - thought they were ugly? Now I think they are one of the cutest breeds there is. Your meeting would have been like being in little doggie heaven. I like my big guys but I am really thinking more of becoming a small doggie mom. But who knows I probably will have at least one of each. (Big and little - not one of every breed!)

Chopper is so adorable but every time I looked at a new picture it was - well, that one is cute too, and that one and there's not an ugly one in the bunch but then I am not sure it was their looks I did not like - it was some of them I have met are biters and don't like anyone petting them. But I am sure none of those kind were at your meeting!

Wednesday night, getting out of the car, parked across from a small open park area, I spied with my little eye, a teeny chi, running leashless with some other small dogs and a bigger one.
A few people were bending down and *ooo'ing and aw'ing. A lady had 2 leashes in hand, and the dogs obeyed her perfectly. Anyhoo...I could barely contain myself..the teeniest Chi, with a gray coloring, just submissibe as can be, wanting belly rubs, licking me. Of course, I was in Chi Heaven and immediately thought of Chopper and as soon as I walked away, I turned back for another belly rub and kiss.

The lady (turns out the long haired chi was also hers) said the one I was petting, was given to her by a friend, but she loves them both to pieces. They never ever leave her side, but she (of course) leashes them when she leaves the park.

John had to DRAG me away. OMG! How can you keep your hands off Chopper, Traci? It's been so long since I kanoodled with a chi, I almost cried. Uhhh... Pam.. I think you have another accomplace!!
