That was the first speech that I have sat thru in a while.

    IT ROCKED.

But, I was tuned into MSNBC and couldn't figure out their obsession on showing the daughter that is preggers.

I am sure Keith Olberman was salivating and that gal that looks like a matchstick- She's the one that looks like she's a 'puppy voter/closet BO admirer"- Andrea Mitchell couldn't wait to tear her down...

The absolute best part of the speech was her daughter, the youngest one, that stood and waved to the crowd.

I thought so too! I was pleasantly surprised! She seemed completely at ease. I also thought that Huckabee and Guiliano did a good job too - Romney not so much. Boy she really lit into Obama. I can hardly wait to hear the Democratic reaction.

Huckabee was fine; Rudy not so much. He was downright ugly at times.

Palin - I must have missed something. All she did was remind me of my 2nd grade teacher - nice woman, but not one I would consider to become President.

Of course you wouldn't want to have a second grade teacher run for VP or Prez.

She'd whip our sorry arses into shape with a few time outs and detentions.

Do we read anything about your comments about what kind of student you were?

    LIZ!

You have been looking at too many rock star candidates who's pupils are wide open with the idea of an audience thant hangs on every word!

All the more reason to elect a teacher.

    ---------

MSNBC had the best announcers/reporters on the planet.

Olberman is a vile jerk with a personality of a cat box offering.

They had a black reporter asking a woman about SP's speech and he said something like, "Wasn't she sarcastic at times?" The gal didn't bother with his question, He lined another one up criticizing SP and then they cut him off to get the Arizona vote without getting the woman's answer.

I had a few B's, but more or less the same. Maybe my experience in the Army (FWIW, combat wounded in Somalia) and being a small business owner makes the difference? LOL

Personally, I like both Palin and Biden.....better than McCain and Obama. Too bad they are not the ones running for President.....

Rudy... He was the opening act and did what the opening act does...

We will have to disagee about Palin, I know, , eh? She just seems so REGULAR. The exact kind of person I want in the White House. A person who knows how we live here in flyover land.

I live in Lancaster, PA. My heart and soon to be my arse is in South Dakota.
